This policy explains what information sandeepkumarchaudhary.com(the “site”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is the personal portfolio and blog of Sandeep Kumar Chaudhary, based in Kathmandu, Nepal(“I”, “me”).

Information you send me

The contact form does not send anything to this site's server. When you press send, it opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is stored here. If you email me at 008snk@gmail.com or message me on WhatsApp, I receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address or phone number and your message. I use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation.

Technical data

Like every website, the servers and the content delivery network that deliver these pages process technical data, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the referring page and the time of your visit. The site uses Cloudflare to deliver pages quickly and to protect the site from attacks and abusive traffic. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, such as __cf_bm, to tell people and automated bots apart.

Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and measures page speed in aggregate without using cookies or tracking you across websites.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

This site uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google, to display ads.

Emails and messages are kept only as long as they are needed to reply to you and to keep reasonable records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent me, and you can object to how it is used. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you can opt out of personalized advertising using the links above. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Links to other websites

Articles and project pages link to other websites, such as WhatsApp, GitHub and the live projects I have built. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for how they handle your information.

Security

Every page is served over HTTPS with modern encryption, and the site does not ask you to create an account or enter a password.

I may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
