Hotel Management Software (Yatra Hotel Manager) is a complete hotel-operations platform built for Nepali hospitality — used by 200+ hotels, from solo guesthouses to 200-room chains, to replace paper registers, spreadsheets, and disconnected messaging apps.
Its 16 integrated modules span the entire property: front office and reception with ID-scan KYC check-in, restaurant POS with a kitchen display system, housekeeping and maintenance, inventory with 3-way invoice matching, HR & payroll, and double-entry accounting aligned to Nepal's fiscal year with VAT compliance.
A native two-way channel manager syncs rooms and rates with Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, and GDS platforms, while a Rust-powered dynamic-pricing engine recalculates rates every 15 minutes from demand and competitor signals.
Built with a Next.js frontend and a high-performance backend — a Rust pricing engine over PostgreSQL 16 and Redis 7 — it delivers enterprise PMS capability at a fraction of the cost of international providers.
